Readers' comments on the internet: a look at Internet users' opinion

The intention of the present article is to understand the use of the space given to readers for commenting on web news or newspapers' websites. Based on 302 answers given to a 22 questions survey designed by the group concerning the subject, we were able to compile the results, in an attempt to understand the profile of the netizens who have the habit of commenting, what motivates them and what they expect of the dispositive of interaction. The answers will also allow us to identify the link between media and consume.
